How do I order a Snow Puk Hat?
To order, please contact me through the contact form at the top of the page or email me at pukkster@gmail.com
Please provide the following information:
- Name hat
- Size
- Colour choices
- shipping address
- Paypal address or if you would like to pay by bank transfer, please let me know.
How can I change the size and colours?
A picture with all available colours are displayed in each item description. Please select your colours, with some hats you can choose up to 4 different colours. Please provide this information in your email.
How do you calculate the price?
All hats are hand made by me. Each hat will take a few hours to make. I have been thinking a lot about how to price my hats and other items. And I found that materials times 3 is the most fair method to put a pricetag on my items. So depending on the yarn itself and the amount of yarn will set the price. For example my Outlast V-hats are priced 35 euro. 1 skein of Outlast costs 3.25 euro. I need 4 skeins per hat. 4 times 3.25 is 13 euro. 13 euro times 3 is 39 euro. I sell my hat for 35 euro.

Payment Options
I accept PayPal. You can pay with PayPal using your Bank details or Creditcard.
If you would like to pay with a Bank Transfer, please contact me for more information.

Shipping and Packaging
Your Snow Puk Hat will be shipped in a large padded envelope. However it will be seen as a package by the postal services. Therefore I have to charge package prices. You can find more information on PostNL.nl.
If by any chance the shipping costs are lower, I will refund the difference using PayPal.
Shipping in the Netherlands is Euro 6.95. Shipping Internationally is Euro 9.00.
If you would like your hat to be shipped with track and trace and insurance, please contact me.
While I take great care and attention to detail in all items prepared for shipment, I unfortunately cannot be held responsible and do not give refunds for damaged or lost orders in the shipping process. If something went wrong with the shipping process, please contact me and I will try my best to get it sorted with the mail company.
Care Instructions
Handwash in cold/ luke warm water, roll in towel to drain excess water and lay flat to dry.

Refunds
I appreciate you for choosing a SnowPuk Hat to keep you warm this winter and hope all is to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it to me for a full refund. Please contact me and I will accept your return in it's original condition within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
